Thanks to Bob and CJ Carpenter for taking me out on their boat at dusk on Sunday to get these shots;)
Val Vista Lakes is a waterfront community in Gilbert, Arizona. It features an awesome clubhouse, sandy beach, lap pool, weight/fitness room, reception areas, and 8 tennis courts.

That area is starting to be Ghetto..Bashas even pulled out.What a Shame
I agree that the Bashas' shopping center has more vacancies than tenants now, but the main Val Vista Lakes shopping area featuring Fry's, A J's fine foods, Borders (or is it Barnes & Noble), and many great restaurants has continued to thrive through the recession.
